-I’ve heard that the Texas Nationalist Movement has over 250,000 members. Is that true?

Answer

Yes. It is true. However, we do not have that many dues paying members which may present some confusion for people. The TNM is the result of a unification of several different organizations that have been pursuing Texas independence for many years. As part of that unification process we inherited members from all of the organizations that were involved. Those memberships were automatically converted as part of this process to TNM memberships and when membership dues were instituted, these members were grandfathered. As part of the charter these members must be counted toward total membership.
